Why could one or more of my investment plan order(s) not be executed?

There may be two reasons for this:

Either: 1. There was not enough money available in your main account.

The execution of the investment plan depends on the monthly transfer from your main account to your «Plan balance» so that your assets can be purchased. If your balance in the main account was less than your monthly investment volume on the 2nd of the month, this transfer to the «Plan balance» was not executed. This means that there was not enough money in the plan balance to be invested.

Or: 2. Your «Plan balance» was not sufficient to buy all the desired assets.

At neon, we always buy whole shares or ETFs on your behalf. To cover the fees and any price fluctuations during execution, a reserve of approximately 10% is added. This means that the «Plan balance» must be at least 10% above the current market price of the desired assets in order to be able to invest in them.

Don't worry – regardless of whether 1. or 2. applies to you – next month the system will try again to execute your monthly transfer to your «Plan balance» and then invest in your assets.

Please note: You can view your «Plan balance» at any time in the app. Click on «Invest», scroll down to «Investment plan», then click on «Manage». You can transfer your plan balance back to your main account if you wish. If you leave it there, it will be reinvested in the following month.
