How to invite someone to neon
Share your personal referral code, which you can find in the app under «Profile» and «Invite a friend»
Your friend enters this code during the account opening
After the first deposit of at least 1 CHF, the referral is considered successful
All successful referrals from 17.06. to 13.07.2025 are considered for the campaign.
How you can redeem the free months
When you have successfully invited someone to neon
your friend receives 3 months free for neon plus, global, or metal
you get 3 free months when you upgrade to a plan of your choice
Example: You are a free user and invite your best friend to neon. Then you can choose between neon plus, neon global, and neon metal for the 3 free months, and your friend has the same choice.
📧 We will inform you by email as soon as you have unlocked the 3 free months. Please wait for this confirmation before upgrading. Only then can you benefit from the free months!

Select the plan that best suits you – independently
And confirm the upgrade
The first 3 months will not be charged
The free months can be redeemed once for a higher plan (not for an already active/lower plan) from confirmation onwards until 31.07.2025. If your invited friend chooses, for example, neon plus already at account opening, the free months count for that as well.
Please note that neon plus (with monthly payment) can be canceled monthly. For neon global & metal, the minimum contract duration is 1 year. Promotions with free months only allow you to select monthly payment.
💡 As a neon metal user, you cannot benefit from these free months, as you are already on the highest plan. However, your invited friend will still receive the 3 free months, and in return you get the 3x chance per referral in the competition.
How to participate in the raffle

Then, every successful referral counts as 1 ticket for the competition (or 3 tickets for neon metal users)
We will notify the winners via email in the week of 14.07.2025. Always both parties win: you and your invited friend! And we will consider your current plan in the draw.
This registration is only for the competition. No registration is necessary to benefit from the 3 free months.

Frequently asked questions
Terms of Participation
Eligible participants are all neon users. Considered are all successful personal referrals from 17. June to 13. July 2025. A referral is considered successful as soon as the new account is fully opened and at least 1 CHF has been transferred to it. The participants will be notified weekly by us as soon as a referral is successful and they have unlocked the free months. In addition, we will inform the winners of the raffle via email in the week of July 14, 2025.
