To do so, go to «Profile» in your app and then tap on «Invite a friend». There, you will find your personal referral code, which you can share directly with your friends. They will then have to enter your code during their account opening. And you will see in the app how many friends you have successfully invited to neon. A referral is considered successful when your friend has fully opened their account and transferred at least 1 CHF to their new account.

Yes. To do so, you can either invite them to neon. If you do this, make sure that you and your friends allow neon access to your respective phone contacts. And then you can and transfer money with just a few clicks. By the way: Payments from one neon account to another neon account are executed immediately (instant payment). Alternatively, you can also use TWINT.

Let's look at an example. How to get your free ticket

The fee cashback can be redeemed for 1 trade by 31 January 2025 and also applies to an investment made through the investment plan (1 asset). You can benefit from this offer once for each person you successfully refer.

The terms of participation

All neon users who are at least 18 years old and are therefore eligible to invest via neon are entitled to participate.

All successful personal referrals from 15 October 2024 up to and including 15 December 2024 will be considered. A referral is considered successful as soon as the new account has been fully opened and at least 1 CHF has been transferred to it. We will notify participants as soon as a invitation has been successful and they have unlocked the invest bonus.

The redemption process

The trading fee is first paid by the investor upon purchase and will be refunded by us in the form of a cashback payment to the neon account within 1-2 working days. The fee cashback applies to 1 investment – if it is not fully utilised for that investment, it will expire and cannot be applied to further trades. Executions through the investment plan also count (1 asset). When buying 0% fee securities, the cashback is applied to the next chargeable purchase. All investments made after the successful recommendation and by 31 January 2025 are taken into account.

That’s why previous recommendations count as well

You read that right: Participation also applies retroactively to all referrals made since 1 February 2024, because in January we switched from our previous referral mode (10 CHF referral bonus per person) to a pure promo mode. This means that there will be promos on various topics several times a year, while the previous referral bonuses are no longer available. 

In order to continue to reward your referrals after the changeover, you will receive 1 ticket for the prize draw for each successful referral.

The conditions of participation
